Priced on active passes — customers who still have visits left, or a stamp card partway to its reward. Passes that have been fully used stop counting.

What changes between tiers

Every feature is on every tier, including Free. The only things that change are how many active passes you carry and whether several people share one book.

Why it costs this little: Returnpass never touches your customers’ money, so there is no percentage to fund and no payment risk to price in. You keep your own checkout; we keep the record. The nearest comparable tools start at US$19.99 and run to US$199 a month because they are platforms — this is a ledger. The founders rate is locked for as long as you stay subscribed: a deliberate price, not an introductory one we claw back later.
Cancelling never strands your customers. Cancel whenever you like: a monthly plan stops at the end of that month, an annual plan runs to the end of the year you have paid for. Either way every pass you have already issued keeps working — visits can still be redeemed and wallet passes keep updating. You simply cannot issue new ones until you subscribe again.

The things people ask first.

Do you take a percentage of what I charge?

No. You collect payment however you already do — card machine, transfer, cash, your own online checkout. Returnpass never touches your customers’ money. It records what was sold and what has been delivered.

What happens to my customers if I stop paying?

Every pass you have already issued keeps working. Visits can still be redeemed and wallet cards keep updating. You simply cannot issue new ones until you subscribe again. Nobody who prepaid you is ever left stranded.

What counts as an active pass?

A customer who still has visits left, or a loyalty card partway to its reward. Passes that have been fully used stop counting, so your bill reflects how many customers you are currently carrying rather than how long you have been trading.

What happens to my records if Returnpass goes away?

You can export the whole ledger yourself at any time, from Settings → Export your data: every package sold, every visit redeemed, every reversal and who recorded it, as CSV that opens in any spreadsheet. Voided passes and archived packages are in there too, because an export that left them out would not be a record of what happened. Passes already in your customers’ wallets are signed files on their own phones, so they do not stop working either. Returnpass is early and run by one person — that is a fair thing to worry about, and the answer is that the record is never locked inside it.

Start with five free passes.

No card required. Create a package, issue your first pass, and see it land in a customer’s wallet in about two minutes.
