Create a package
Five baths for $100, or a nine-stamp card that earns a free groom. You set what counts as one visit.
FOR SERVICE BUSINESSES
Returnpass is a pass your customer keeps in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Sell a block of visits up front, or run a digital punch card, and scan it on every visit — no app to install, nothing to lose, and the balance is always right.

Every figure links to the study it came from. No vendor statistics. Read the guides
WHAT YOUR CUSTOMER SEES
Paper punch cards get lost, washed, or forgotten in a coat pocket. These sit in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet beside the boarding passes, and the count is always right. In a car-wash field experiment, showing customers visible progress lifted completion from 19% to 34% — for exactly the same number of washes.

Prepaid packages count down. Loyalty cards count up to a reward you choose. One pass can carry both — you decide at the counter which a scan spends. Your logo and colour ride along on every card, and each customer sees it in their own language automatically.
HOW IT WORKS
Five baths for $100, or a nine-stamp card that earns a free groom. You set what counts as one visit.
A name is all you need. They get a link and add it to Apple Wallet in one tap — no app, no account.
The balance drops by one and their wallet card updates itself. No paper, nothing to lose.
SEE IT HAPPEN
Set up a business, create a package, issue a pass, and record a visit — the balance drops from five to four because a real visit was really recorded.
YOUR SIDE OF IT
Every customer, every remaining visit, every package you have sold. Search by name, pet, vehicle, or package when there is no code to scan.

The pass sits next to their boarding passes and credit cards in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and the balance updates itself after every visit. No app download, no account, no plastic card to lose.
Sell five baths up front, or run a nine-stamp card that earns a free groom. You pick which when you create the package, and the terms are locked in when you sell it.
Scan your customer’s pass, or let them scan your counter code and approve it. When nobody is there to scan, look them up by name.
Customers pay you the way they already do. Returnpass never handles their money and takes no cut of it — it records what was sold and what you still owe.
Every visit is an entry in a ledger you can export. Reversals need a reason, staff actions are attributed, and a balance can never go negative — even if two people scan at once.
Record a visit out of coverage and it saves on your phone, then syncs when you are back online. A queued visit can never overdraw a pass.
BUILT FOR MOBILE OPERATORS
Record a visit in an underground garage or out of coverage and it saves on your phone, then syncs when you are back online. The balance you see already counts it.
Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app — no App Store, nothing for staff to install.

Anyone who sells the same service more than once.
WORK IT OUT
Your own numbers, in whatever currency you price in. Nothing is sent anywhere — this runs in your browser.

2,640100 visits you have been paid for and not yet delivered. This is not profit until you do the work.
You give away 360 in discount against 3,000 at single-visit prices. The gain is the cash arriving first, and the visits that would otherwise not have been booked.
PRICING

QUESTIONS
No. They open a link and tap once — Apple Wallet on an iPhone, Google Wallet on Android — and the card sits beside their boarding passes. There is no account to create and nothing to install. If they would rather not use a wallet at all, the link itself keeps working and updates the same way.
No. You collect payment however you already do — card machine, transfer, cash, your own online checkout. Returnpass never touches your customers’ money. It records what was sold and what has been delivered.
Every pass you have already issued keeps working. Visits can still be redeemed and wallet cards keep updating. You simply cannot issue new ones until you subscribe again. Nobody who prepaid you is ever left stranded.
Yes. Record a visit in an underground garage or out of coverage and it saves on your phone, then syncs when you are back online. A queued visit can never overdraw a pass.
Yes. When you create a package you choose prepaid visits, loyalty stamps, or both on one pass. A stamp card counts up to a reward you set, and you decide at the counter which a scan spends.
Each customer sees their pass in their own language automatically — English, Mexican Spanish, French, Chinese, Korean or Japanese — matched to their phone, not to yours. So a salon in Seoul can hand a pass to a visitor and they read it in English without anyone changing a setting. They can also switch it themselves. Anything you typed, such as the package name or the reward, is shown exactly as you wrote it rather than machine-translated.
A customer who still has visits left, or a loyalty card partway to its reward. Passes that have been fully used stop counting, so your bill reflects how many customers you are currently carrying rather than how long you have been trading.
Anyone who sells the same service more than once: mobile dog grooming, dog walking, car washing and detailing, lessons and classes, yoga and fitness, salons and barbers, massage and wellness, house cleaning, lawn care and pet sitting.
You can export the whole ledger yourself at any time, from Settings → Export your data: every package sold, every visit redeemed, every reversal and who recorded it, as CSV that opens in any spreadsheet. Voided passes and archived packages are in there too, because an export that left them out would not be a record of what happened. Passes already in your customers’ wallets are signed files on their own phones, so they do not stop working either. Returnpass is early and run by one person — that is a fair thing to worry about, and the answer is that the record is never locked inside it.
No card required. Create a package, issue your first pass, and see it land in a customer’s wallet in about two minutes.
