FOR YOGA STUDIOS

Class packs that keep their own count

Sell a ten-class pack and let the pass keep the count. The student sees what is left before they arrive, and the number on the door matches the number in their phone.

One class, any level

An example class package. Your business name, colours and wording — you write what a class is.

A WORKED EXAMPLE

Ten-class pack

Example figures, not research — put your own in the calculator below. What matters is the shape: a block priced a little under the sum of its parts, paid for on day one.

One class

$22your normal price

10 classes separately

$220paid one at a time

As a package

$19014% off, paid up front

Faster than a check-in list

Scanning at the door is quicker than finding a name on a sheet, and the count cannot be argued with afterwards.

Packs instead of a membership

A pack asks less commitment than a monthly subscription and still puts the money up front. For a student trying you out, that is the difference between yes and later.

You can see who stopped coming

A student with six classes left who has not been in for a month is worth a message. On a spreadsheet they are invisible.

YOUR SIDE OF IT

One screen. Who is owed what.

Every client, every remaining class, every package you have sold. Search by name, phone number, pet or vehicle when there is no code to scan — for the client who turned up without their phone.

WORK IT OUT

What would prepaid be worth to you?

Your own numbers, in whatever currency you price in. Nothing is sent anywhere — this runs in your browser.

Repeat customers you already havePercent who would buy a packageVisits in one packageYour price for one visitDiscount for buying the block (%)

Collected up front

2,640

20 customers buying a package at 132.

Still owed as service

2,640

100 visits you have been paid for and not yet delivered. This is not profit until you do the work.

You give away 360 in discount against 3,000 at single-visit prices. The gain is the cash arriving first, and the visits that would otherwise not have been booked.
